§ 50-23. Position established; legislative authority.

There is hereby established the position of Purchasing Agent of the Borough of Seaside Park pursuant to the Qualified Purchasing Agent Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-9 to 40A:11-9.1, and the regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, N.J.A.C. 5:34-5.1 to 5:34-5.5.
