§ 115-4. Violations and penalties; fees.

A. 

An administrative inspection fee shall be charged for false alarms during any calendar year in accordance with the following schedule:

(1) 

First false alarm: no fee.

(2) 

Second false alarm: no fee.

(3) 

Third false alarm: no fee.

(4) 

Fourth false alarm: $125.

(5) 

Fifth false alarm: $175.

(6) 

Sixth false alarm: $225.

(7) 

Seventh false alarm: $275.

(8) 

Eighth false alarm: $325.

(9) 

Ninth false alarm: $375.

(10) 

Tenth false alarm: $425.

B. 

Reconnection fee as outlined in § 115-3E: $50.

C. 

Administrative inspection fees and reconnection fees shall be paid to the Borough within 10 days of notification to the subscriber.
