§ 135-21. Prohibited activities.

Within the Dune Development District areas, no person shall undertake or cause to be undertaken any of the following activities:

A.
The operation of any motor vehicle except in designated accessways.

B.
Pedestrian traffic on or over dunes or sand fencing.

C.
The removal, mutilation or destruction of sand, sand fencing or vegetation.
