§ 405-22. Fees for driveway and curb cut permit applications.

A.
A nonrefundable driveway application fee of $100 shall be submitted, payable to the Borough of Seaside Park, with the driveway application.

B.
A nonrefundable curb cut application fee of $100 shall be submitted, payable to the Borough of Seaside Park, with the curb cut application.
